This year's discussion will be co-moderated by ICBC's Jon Schubert and George Cooke of The Dominion - two gentlemen known for their strong and sometimes opposing opinions, especially when it comes to auto insurance. This Friday morning session is eligible for two technical CE credits.

McCrea joined Wawanesa in 1980 as its first internal auditor. He became VP & CFO in '04, and President & CEO in 2007.

Join senior leaders from ICBC as they review and discuss two significant initiatives that will directly impact all brokers; the Broker Customer Experience Award (BCEA) and the Driver Record Model (DRM). With the BCEA set to launch on July 1 you’ll hear detailed information about the award and how you can maximize your performance results, and your attendance will qualify your office(s) for a portion of the award. You’ll also hear about the direction DRM is taking, based on customer and broker consultation, as ICBC prepares its submission for BCUC later this year.
