Entry Level front office position available at the AC&D head office in North Vancouver.

The available position will consist of five 8hr shifts per week which will fall within our business hours of Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6PM and Saturdays 10am - 4pm.

About the position:

Job duties will include selling and servicing ICBC autoplan, Private vehicle insurance, and travel medical insurance. As you will be in the front office, you may also be required to greet customers and answer some incoming phone calls.

In order to sell ICBC insurance you must be a licensed level 1 insurance broker. Although preference will be given to those who have already obtained licensing, we are open to training the right candidate.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a person who has demonstrated excellent customer service skills through previous employment and who is also proficient in Microsoft Office. You will need above average computer skills as we use multiple systems to process and issue insurance. A friendly and professional appearance is also a must as our customers expect professionalism and we strive to deliver it.
