What would your role here look like?

You will be spending most of the day on the phone with a never-ending stream of hot leads from our affinity group clients in BC and Alberta looking for quotes on their Home and Auto insurance. You’ll assess their needs & provide quotes with the intention of closing the sale (without ever pressuring them), and will service existing clients with their billing and coverage questions, claims issues and change requests.  

Looking for work-life balance?? Personal Lines only, no ICBC Autoplan sales.  Work schedule is Monday to Friday 9 to 5. Have your evenings and weekends off!

What talents & interests will you bring?

Ideally, you’re a level 2 Broker with Personal Lines sales experience in a brokerage setting in Alberta and BC who enjoys working with people. You’re really good with details and in communicating complex ideas effectively.
