Our Motorcycle Account Managers work together to provide the best service to our clients by being product experts. We will provide you with the training!What will you get to do? As a Motorcycle Account Manager you will provide customer service primarily on the phone and electronically. You will be able relay your technical expertise to our client base. Interacting with people and providing exceptional service drives and motivates you. You will be backed by our strong, well established company brand. What do you need to bring to the table? Level one insurance license of working towards completion Enrollment in CAIB or CIP courses would be considered an asset University Degree or equivalent Desire to succeed in a customer service based role by providing an exceptional client experience to our client base Strong technology and keyboarding skills Excellent communications skills on the phone, electronically and in person Strong initiative and the desire to learn and grow in the insurance industry
