We are looking for a manager and experienced Level 1 or level 2 Autoplan Agents for our new office opening up in Maple Ridge.  Competitive salary and employee benefit package included. Must be experienced with all ICBC transactions and fully knowledgeable with new ICBC Policy Centre system.

Skills Required:

• minimum 1 year of ICBC auto experience 
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Experience with all types of Autoplan transactions
• excellent typing skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Ability to upsell and cross sell
• Knowledge of ICBC batching and Autolink
• ability to multi-task and efficient time management skills
• Ability to sell Travel and other insurance products an asset
