If you are a team player with a level 1 or 2 insurance license and excellent customer service skills, this position is for you.

Must Haves

• 3-4 years of experience in a client-facing insurance role
• Level 1 insurance license at a minimum – working towards Level 2
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication is required for this role
• A strong foundation in Personal Lines insurance
• Familiarity with ICBC insurance policies
• Experience working with Chubb policies and auto fleets is an asset
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work alone and with a team
• The desire to always take initiative and get the job done

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and executing personal insurance policies
• Client service – both on the phone and in person
• Adapting schedule to meet tight deadlines
• Updating client information as changes occur
• Working with clients on risk management strategies
• Assisting in the delivery of client documentation
• Claims management
