Customer Service for the Insurance Professional (CSIP)
Note:
For IBABC members only Designed
specifically for Client Service Representatives (CSRs) servicing insurance clients.
Suitable for any producer and CSR, or salesperson dedicated solely to being a CSR.
The entire program consists of four modules:
- The Role of the CSR
- Adding Value to Your Brokerage
- Brokerage Operations
- Industry Issues
You must have a mentor or "coach" designated upon
registration.
No final exam:
In each module there is a summary and review of the text. Included in this section are
multiple choice and short answer questions. The mentor will review your answers.
You will earn a certificate of completion after the completion of the
first module. For the completion of each additional module, a seal
will be added to your certificate.
Cost of
each module: $90.00
12 hours to complete each module. 8 hours of professional continuing
education credits for each module.
