Crestcom - Trainers to the World

IBABC has teamed up with Crestcom, a worldwide leader in business training, to offer Management Skills Development to brokers and other B.C. insurance professionals.

The Bullet Proof Manager Program
Crestcom's Bullet Proof Manager program is a first-class series of seminars, offered several times a month over the course of a year.

The program is delivered through a unique combination of face-to-face and video instruction, the latter featuring many of the world's most highly respected business authorities. The seminars emphasize involvement, participation, team work and leadership development. 

Program Benefits

  • The leadership skills of managers in all sizes of organizations, from small local companies to giant multi-nationals, are built and reinforced to a high degree of performance;
  • All managers benefit from the program, from junior to senior level;

Participant Involvement
To complete the program, participants must personally attend all 12 of the half-day Bullet Proof Manager seminars, offered throughout the year in a variety of locations -- Coquitlam, Surrey, Victoria, Nanaimo and Kelowna. Each half-day seminar covers 2 of the program's 24 topics. More locations may be added in the future. Please see the schedule, below, for a complete list of locations and dates.

CE Credits - 4 Technical Credits per half-day Seminar,
Level 3s only -
while everyone is welcome to enroll in the Bullet Proof Manager program, only Level 3 Licensees receive CE credits.

Program Fees
To participate in any of the Bullet Proof Manager seminars, you must enroll in the entire program. IBABC Members enjoy 10% off the regular price - IBABC Members: $3995 ... All Others: $4500.

Fees include all 12 seminars and accompanying learning materials. Learning videos are shown at each session and are only made available on DVD via separate purchase. All enquiries and registrations are serviced by Crestcom...
