Previous management experience required. Must have a great command of the English language both written and oral. The duties include but are not limited to:
- Second interviews- Performance reviews and career planning- Train and mentor managers and staff as required- Handle customer and producer complaints- Review ICBC reports - contact managers and suggest changes as required- Plan and develop renovations in conjunction with branch managers- Make regular visits to offices
