We currently have an opening for a Full Time Senior Customer Service Representative 3 in our Mission branch location in Kelowna.
The Senior Customer Service Representative 3 supports Interior Savings’ vision by assisting the Branch Manager with developing and leading a professional client service team that is proactive in serving client needs and achieving branch objectives. You will also provide insurance services to clients, including but not limited to more complex transactions where required. Process client renewals and resolve potential problem renewals. Solicit, maintain and follow up on expiring client policies for cross-selling and account development purposes, and inform clients of upgrades on products and services. You will also perform other duties as assigned.
- Level 2 License
- Completion of CAIB 1 or Fundamentals of Insurance and
- Completion of CAIB 2 & 3
- High school diploma/Grade 12
- 3 - 5 years of job related experience in an insurance agency selling personal lines
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a supervisory position
- Strong working knowledge of personal, Autoplan, and commercial insurance services where required.
