We are looking for an Administrative Assistant in our downtown Vancouver office. No insurance experience required. Quiet office with no walk-ins.

Hours of operation will be Monday-Friday, 9-4:30, no late hour shifts. The successful candidate's qualifications should include:

  • Excellent computer skills
  • Fast typing speed
  • Attention to detail
  • Works well under pressure
  • Good communication skills and command of the English language (speaking and writing)
  • Superior client service and telephone skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Great team player who can also work independently
