We are looking for our next colleague to fill a Personal Insurance Specialist role in our Parksville branch. This role is an important part of our Waypoint team because supporting clients is central to our success. Critical to this role is understanding the insurance and lifestyle requirements of our customers so that you can offer solutions that meet their needs.

Your success attributes
The successful applicant will have a customer service approach that focuses on selling the right products to best protect our clients. This individual enjoys working in a team environment while delivering service through one-to-one customer interactions and brings 2 years experience to the role. If building and maintaining relationships comes natural to you, and you have an inquisitive nature that helps you to truly understand your client’s needs, this role may be very appealing to you.
While we value work experience and licensed agents, we are also prepared to help you gain your accreditation if you have the right interpersonal skills that will mean a winning success story for our clients.
