Responsibilities 

  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients 
  • Assist the Commercial team members with their portfolios in numerous areas such as marketing , processing, customer contact for additional information, accounts receivable , and claims reporting.
  • Keep detailed notes on our computer system at all times (Paperless Environment)
  • Keep Abeyance updated and current.

Knowledge , Skills & Abilities Required 

  • Minimum Level 2 General Insurance License
  • Strong Communication skills to apply to underwriters , customers and team members
  • Strong Organizational skills, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Good Verbal and Written Communication skills
  • Strong Customer service
  • Flexible in job duties and/or hours as necessary
  • Computer skills including working knowledge with Word & Excel 
  • Languages known/speak Punjabi and English.
